This place has comfortable double rooms with plenty of fresh air, and it's conveniently located near shops, Hiriketiya Beach, and all the main attractions there.

The location was nice and perfect as it was close to restaurants and cafés. The airport was 25 minutes drive away.

Pretty friendly and amicable staff and absolutely perfect location near to love cafes too! And really close to the both beaches in Mirissa, harbour, and supermarket. Huge and airy room with garden views. Mosquito nets and a balcony were nice.

Seating area: The room was so spacious and cozy, it felt like having my own little living room! I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring, just like sitting in a fluffy cloud.

Great location close to the beach , shops , and main street. Fantastic service and delicious breakfast and dinner. The rooms were extremely clean and had a lovely hot shower with good water pressure. The WiFi was excellent and reliable, which was handy for work and uploading videos. the best place to stay in the area.

The bathroom could be improved, as the shower pressure was fairly low. It was not particularly quiet, especially during New Year's Eve, and there was construction happening nearby during the daytime.

I had a fantastic time in a great location, close to restaurants, and was given a spacious and clean room with a balcony, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to Mirissa beach and the nearby shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom with plenty of hot water. the staff was friendly and helpful, always offering a warm welcome and even surprising us with free coffee and fruits. the property was situated in a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The language Barrier was a bit of a challenge as the staff had limited English, making it difficult to communicate and get answers to some of my questions.

It is really close to the beach, just a short walk away. The location is perfect because it's near all the action but still in a quiet spot. The rooms are comfortable with nice little balconies. The A/C works well and the breakfast is included in the price. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, making sure you have everything you need. It's definitely a place I would recommend!

We had a great stay at this guest house. the room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic air conditioner to keep us cool. the wifi worked well, and we loved having hot water in the shower. the family who runs the guest house were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. We were pleasantly surprised by the peacefulness of the location, away from the noise of the main road and the beach.

We had an amazing time! The bed was comfy and the room was spotless. Loved the beautiful balcony view of lush greenery! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants. We were impressed with the staff's hospitality, always making sure we had everything we needed. Another plus was the AC that kept the room nice and cool, even during the hottest times of day.

We really can't think of anything we didn't like about our stay. While there were occasional power outages, the hotel had a backup generator that always kept the lights on.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities like A/C, fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. The balcony offered a nice view and added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious and varied every day.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about.
